Why Flickr and not Zooomr for hosting your photos?

What are good settings for great night shots of cityscapes. I ask since I am new to DSLR photography and am not sure where to start when it come sot night shooting. Great Pic BTW.
Night Photography Settings:
1. Always use a tripod 2. Use a remote trigger release
