Gates Ushers in Third Decade of Windows Innovation With x64 Editions, “Longhorn” Technical Preview Gates is out talking about Longhorn at WinHec 2005. In his speech he said Windows Media Center has now sold over 2 million copies. In January at CES the number was 1.4 million. So that is roughly 600,000 in the past four months. Allthough it is a press release, lots of interesting stuff on Longhorn.
