John Battelle’s Searchblog: Google Officially Announces Image Update Well you read it here first folks, John Battelle is announcing that it indeed is official. Google has updated Image Search. With over 1.1 billion images they very well may be the largest image library in the world.
I’m still not sure why Thomashawk.com ranks so highly with Google Image Search but I think I’ll chalk it up to the fact that the images from my photoblog are just too breathtaking for words. It looks like I’m now number 8 out of 297,000 large images for the search “running.”
