   “borrowed from the Daily Mail” - ooh they’re not going to like you Mr Hawk - you do know you are dealing with one of the worst of the British papers (and that’s saying something)? Great picture though.

   This could mean China too. CCTV is China Central Television, the main propaganda arm of China.

   Given that the Daily Mail is a British paper and Banksy is London-based, I don’t think he’s protesting a policy in China, but I could be wrong.
