It only allows streaming content at the moment but promises actual downloads soon and it looks as though they are claiming DVD quality downloads on their site so I’d assume they’d be in high def or at least pretty high resolution.
Of course if you want porn you can also get it through the new Akimbo MCE plug in as well.
