Regardless, he's ENTITLED to the public records under FOIA. You don't even have to provide your name. Public records are exactly that, PUBLIC. If the information is sought for possible litigation, anticipated litigation, etc. it could serve to be an exemption to the release of information. Give them as little as possible and I definitely recommend searching the CREW and Judicial Watch websites to see how they have FOIA'd the Executive Office of The White House and had to actually follow through with litigation to get those public records. If you model your requests after theirs, you'll set yourself up for easier litigation if you need to follow through with it. Good luck.
