Definitely a stupid bill and another example of a waste of money. The law can not keep pace with tech in this matter. If they would enforce the laws and deal properly with predators this really wouldn’t be an issue. Instead, they throw them back on the street.

Besides, like you mention, predators are more likely to use some other means of getting photos. Like a zoom lens from the safety of their vehicle, the cowards. Not only that but the advent of Flip like recorders are probably just as likely if not more so to be used.

Complete waste of time and money. Enforce and carry through the current laws against predators!
