Add alcohol and they believe they are the next Micheal Schumacher. Stoned drivers on the other hand appreciated the detrimental effects that cannabis had on their ability to drive, and drove accordingly.<br /><br />I do remember a police officer being quoted as saying that pot smokers are the easiest to spot at night. They are the ones obeying the speed limit.<br /><br />Not that any of this should be taken as my support for driving under the influence of anything, btw. It was just an aside...
