		<description>Those lawsuits should get dismissed.  A couple of pension funds that owned Yahoo (and not that much of it) filed.  They would have been better off just selling the shares they had.  It&#039;s just another stupid class-action suit where the lawyers make the money.</description>

I don&#039;t see that happening, they&#039;ll keep it the same or raise it slightly (I&#039;m hoping for that $34-36 figure though so I can sell my shares).</description>
