Didn't even realise this functionality existed, flickr are pretty good aren't they.

Just used it with my gmail account and found loads of contacts on Flickr which I didn't know existed.

Incidentally I found a cool browser plugin earlier which works great with Flickr named PicLens http://www.piclens.com/site/firefox/win/. It enabled a 3D preview of images on a site and although I have only tested it on Firefox and Windows they do have a Mac version.

Cheers.

I'm with trancemist on this one, all services like friend finder on Facebook or Flickr is allow the normal user to do what the shadier side of the Internet has been doing for years.

Like you say, if someone is concerned about their privacy they shouldn't put anything on the Internet.

I didn't know about that flickr feature. I should read their blog more. Not too bad an idea. though perhaps that would increase a huge amount the raw number of contacts I might never look at on there. More than the ones now I never look at on there. :)
