		<description>&lt;i&gt;I&#039;m concerned about the lawsuit filed against the photographer refusing a job. &lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tim, if I read the article right I think the basis was that the refusal to shoot was based on legal protection granted to people in New Mexico based on sexual orientation.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I think in that sense it would be like if a wedding photographer said he/she didn&#039;t want to shoot someone because they were black.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I think that in New Mexico photographers can turn down jobs if they want, just maybe not based on certain protected statuses.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Doesn&#039;t seem to be a whole lot of information out on this case though.</description>
