In Response To My First Photowalk… | Epic Edits Weblog

Brian Auer has a really good post about our photowalk from last Saturday. Even better though are his tips on attending and planning photowalks. Great tips and very well thought out and written. Definitely worth a read.

Brian Auer, Great writeup! Thomas, thanks for sharing the link! I’ve done few photowalks with a couple of close friends, but have yet to attend one of Thomas’s photowalks. I may try to make it to the upcoming Alameda PW.

Wow! Thanks for the honorable mention — I was wondering why I had all sorts of new traffic from your site. That walk in Santa Monica really went well, and it’s still going strong. I’m having a hard time keeping up with all the new photos being posted and keeping track of all the new contacts. If SF wasn’t so far north, I’d definitely show up to the Alameda walk.

Jeff — Thomas is a great guy to go photowalking with. He’s very creative with his shots, and he’s always looking for different perspectives. He’s the kind of guy that gets you fired up about photography when you’re around him.
