If this company used her photo, they are probably guilty of infringement…at the VERY LEAST. .I checked this out and while it is terrible I fear it is only the tip of an enormous iceberg.

I checked this out and while it is terrible I fear it is only the tip of an enormous iceberg. Here as well as the Rebekka example it was only that the respective user discovered the infringement/violation. How much more is going on that the two have yet to be put together.

My worst fear is peoples family photographs of their young ones are being perverted by pedophiles. There probably needs to be some education push some where to inform people where there images can end up even if and especially the non legit or non wanted locations.

Here in the U.S., it’s a Federal FELONY to use minors in the production of “adult” material – no matter if they’re participants or on the cover: 18 or older, and a custodian of records is required.

If this company used her photo, they are probably guilty of infringement…at the VERY LEAST. An opportunistic federal prosecutor could probably get child pornography charges to stick to this company.

Jade should be calling the local D.A.’s office….
