Anonymous,

The Zooomr blog is one way to give feedback, this blog is another to get to me or I have my email publicly listed as well tom(at)thomashawk.com

We're still just two guys though and get thousands of emails so we can't always reply as timely as we'd like.

This will all be changing in March though when we release Mark III which will include forums and much better ways for Zooomr photographers to communicate with us and vice versa.

@jeff o'hara: You say that Flickr should listen to their community, yet Zooomr itself doesn't seem to have any structured way of giving feedback and knowing about what's going on either.

I suppose it's great that at least Zooomr is free - but for a service that's still in beta an therefore (quite) rough around the edges, I'd expect it to be free.

I'm glad that the CEO of Zooomr lauds communication: I sincerely hope Zooomr starts following suit.

I was #142 (and shooting for top 100), but now I'm nobody. Can you hear me now? ;) With that the rankings (and thus recognition) suspended, what's my incentive to submit stories other than my own or those of my friends?

I actually think this is a good thing. Too much emphasis has been placed on the top submitters, imo.
