		<description>Yes, they should pay anyone who submits a photo they use in any form.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As of Tuesday afternoon, they only have used a few photos&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;http://news.yahoo.com/photos/ss/2908&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I submitted a few to see how it worked.  Nothing terribly newsworthy, so I&#039;m not surprised they haven&quot;t used them.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&#039;ll definately write better captions the next time I submit.  I&#039;m surprised they list the email address of the photographer with the caption in a few places.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You&#039;d think they&#039;d link back to their flickr photos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;They also need a way to submit photos by email if it is a breaking story.  I can send photos taken with my Nikon D80 from my treo since they both use a SD card.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The submission interface may work in blazer, the treo&#039;s web browser.  But it would be easier for people to send to an email from a cell phone.</description>
