An hour of Bill Gates' day I'm sure is worth quite a bit to Microsoft. Inviting a bunch of top bloggers up there was a smart thing. Microsoft and their PR firm Waggener Edtrom have done a better job at embracing bloggers than just about any company out there. Providng them this level of access to Gates creates enormouse goodwill.
