		<description>I tend to agree that podcast has already become a generic term and should not be the subject of a trademark.  MyPodder may be a much closer question.  Whereas it may relate to a podcasting service, the term itself, MyPodder, sounds pretty close to Ipod.  Even if Apple is were not trying to protect &quot;podcast&quot; as a mark, they could arguably have a beef with MyPodder for a trademark claim or something along the same lines like dilution.</description>
