		<description>He might not have won then but they have won now. Have you looked at Vista? It is riddled with DRM and is totally closed system on the MCE end of things. Hollywood is getting everything they want from MS and more. I used the believe it would be the open system that would win, but with gate keepers like cable labs, consumers and fair use are pretty much totally screwed since nobody, MS, Tivo etc, is willing to do anything other then tow the line to get IP access.</description>
