I've had their service since I had a brick phone back in the early nineties. I have two phones with them. I also have 3 dedicated Internet PC cards through Verizon for myself and 2 staff members. Verizon really has their crap together. ATT is amazing at how you get different answers from different people. Their retail locations are a joke as well. They seem to have very little power without getting on the phone and calling some magic number. I've been happy with my phone service and coverage which is why I haven't switched over my phones to Verizon. Verizon may be at least as good, but I've been happy with ATT. Every time though I deal with them on the phone or in their retail location it chips away at the ATT armor though and I dislike them more and more. There isnt a worse cellphone company i made the mistake to sign the 2 year contract but have already purchased a cricket phone and find it alot better. i just have the cingular phone for now until i can cancel it. Their customer support is a bunch of uneducated dumbass people, and the fewest dropped calls, haha yea right i am a directv tech and i use the phone alot and i get a call dropped occassionally i live in louisville ky cingular, att whatever you wanna call it they both suck.
