		<description>In my view, it&#039;s less of an issue of market education than an issue of market requirements.  Yes, Tivo and Microsoft have significantly better products, but the cable-provided systems are viewed as &quot;good enough&quot; by most people.  Most people simply don&#039;t see enough incremental value  to warrant the additional expense.  This problem is likely to get worse as the cable provided systems keep adding incremental functionality (regardless of how badly it&#039;s implemented).</description>
