A SERIOUS computer company? Try owning an Inspiron 1100 and then being told 2 years into owning it that 80% of the hard drives for that exact model have crashed in their third year. For the last 6 months the telephone support has gotten very, very poor. I also get a baffled support person who can't ask or answer the simplest questions. I get put on hold for long periods of time and at times my call gets dropped. I have been looking for telephone support for this computer other then hp. Does anyone have a recommandation?
